So I gave myself a challenge: build a business in just 7 days using only AI tools. No fancy coding skills, no team, no outside funding.

Just me, my laptop, and a bunch of AI platforms I’d been itching to test out. Honestly, I didn’t even know if I’d make it past day three without burning out.

Why 7 Days?

Seven days sounded crazy, but it also kept me accountable. Too much time and I’d overthink everything. Too little time and I’d end up with something half-baked. A week felt like the sweet spot — just enough to pressure-test whether AI could actually help me turn an idea into a real, functioning business.

The Rules I Set

To keep myself honest, I wrote down a few rules before I started:

• I could only use AI tools for core business tasks (planning, branding, content, marketing).
• I had to launch something live by the seventh day.
• No outsourcing to humans unless it was something unavoidable like domain purchase or hosting setup.
